Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact your insurance company to see if we are in network, and contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We accept checks, cash and credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan for patients who require financial assistance. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
